Description

A Private ECOS Groups Adventure Day is the way to go if you have campers of all varying ages.  A family will buy the day on this trip for up to 4 campers – 2 additional campers can be added at $60/each.

We will work with the family and plan a perfect day for their mix of campers.  Like the regular adventure day we could be kayaking, stand up paddle boarding (SUP),  One Wheel riding, canoeing, bouldering, hiking, swimming, disc golf, tubing, outdoor skills, and more.  We will be traveling to Uhwarrie NF; the Dan, Yadkin, and Haw Rivers; Pilot Mountain SP, Hanging Rock SP, and other locations to find our adventures.

The specific activities for each day will be announced about one week in advance of the camp.  Not trying to keep people in the dark, but the decision on the appropriate activities will be based on weather and river levels in many cases.

In the event of a complete washout we will run indoor active programs in our 4,000 square foot facility located in central High Point.  We will also ask parents to send their campers ready for the rain also as we will make every effort to get the campers outside.

If you need before and/or after care for this program please contact us at (336) 803-4760 or [email protected].

Campers should bring: water bottle/camelback; close toed shoes (old tennis shoes); baseball hat; sunscreen; bagged lunch (cooler provided if it needs to stay cold).

COVID 19 Statement:  ECOS Groups believe is letting the campers push their personal limits.  However, with COVID 19 being beyond our control we have the following safeguards in place:

  • Limit of 6 campers/day for each section of camp during re-opening phase 2.
  • Cleaning vehicle prior to each time campers enter.
  • Face masks brought to camp on a daily basis – worn while in route to destination.
  • Campers bring their own bicycle or skating helmet on One Wheel days.
